BOS Innovations was looking for a Sales Engineer (BOS USA)

BOS Innovations is hiring a Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is key to expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with manufacturers seeking advanced automation, robotics, and engineered solutions. You will identify opportunities, present technical solutions, and guide customers through the process of selecting systems that improve their productivity and operational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Secure existing customers and develop new customers by selling BOS engineering solutions.
  • Determine the best fit and best cost solution for the customer’s process or production flow.
  • Manage a list of assigned existing accounts and target accounts, updated regularly.
  • Within your territory, register Requests for Quotes (RFQs) in the Sales database and archive all offers properly.
  • Review orders and book project and component orders against a monthly and annual budget.
  • Identify target companies for Business Development initiatives.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop a sales plan with strategies for obtaining orders and securing existing customers.
  • Develop an annual business plan outlining companies and industries to address.
  • Ensure a high order intake with targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan.
  • Conduct sales visits and quotation presentations.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) updates, forecasting, registering RFQs, and archiving offers.
  • Actively participate in the Sales and Marketing team to share skills and solutions.
  • Facilitate final discussions with customers that close the sale.

What We're Looking For

  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States of America.
  • Eligibility to travel to Canada for training.
