Taptool is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our mission of transforming Shopify stores into mobile apps. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our reach and enhancing mobile shopping experiences.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients matching the ideal customer profile, initiating first contact.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing regular updates and insights.
- Conduct thorough demonstrations of the Taptool platform to prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Gather client feedback to improve product development and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment with a flat organizational structure.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
