About the Role

Brandback is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-moving B2B sales team. You will be on the front lines of our outbound efforts, researching prospects, crafting messaging, and generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is an ideal fit for a driven individual with 1–2 years of sales experience or a motivated graduate eager to launch a career in tech sales.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research high-potential e-commerce and retail prospects
  • Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Test messaging and outreach strategies to continuously improve outbound performance
  • Track engagement and results in CRM and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech company OR a recent graduate wanting to break into tech sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English with attention to detail
  • Energetic and comfortable with high-output environments
  • Track record of achievement in work, academics, side projects, or competitive sports
