To strengthen our sales team, we're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative who is eager to win new customers with enthusiasm and high personal responsibility! Tasks As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our leads, ensuring our solutions successfully enter the market through innovative customer engagement. You'll stay closely connected with leads, anticipating objections and questions before they arise, and developing targeted lead generation strategies. You'll create growth channels by identifying new market opportunities and pursuing innovative approaches. You'll manage and structure your sales pipeline using CRM tools and specialized software. You'll be part of a collaborative team spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product departments. Your insights and market knowledge are essential for continuously improving teams and actively co-designing our sales strategy. You're not just seeking leads and revenue – you're driving our mission to bring more work-life balance and mental health into organizations. Qualifications You enjoy quickly establishing new contacts and building sustainable relationships. You can effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, ideally with knowledge in human resources. You possess a strong business development mindset combined with passion, curiosity, and openness to self-organized, agile work methods. Your creativity and strategic thinking enable personalized lead communication, finding solutions that build trust and engagement. Proven experience in similar environments (e.g., startup) and B2B product sales is a plus. You appreciate startup dynamics and bring flexibility and passion to continuously shape organizational change. You're a team player who communicates enthusiastically and sees giving and receiving feedback as a valuable part of daily work. You demonstrate high performance readiness and independence to achieve our objectives.
