Our client, a global manufacturing enterprise, is commencing the deployment phase of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. Following the strategic analysis and preparatory stage in late 2025, the initiative will accelerate in early 2026 with a concentrated emphasis on Finance and Warehouse Management (WMS) configuration and deployment. To fortify the project team, we are seeking a Nearshore Senior D365FO SCM/WMS Consultant. The professional will be accountable for advancing the Logistics & Warehouse Management rollout throughout 2026 and supporting Finance setup activities. The project aims for a Go-Live in July 2026 and requires a consultant with proficient German communication skills and readiness to travel onsite to Germany frequently. Location: Hybrid (Remote + Travel to Germany) Start: January 2026 Contract: Freelance Duration: 3–6 months (extension possible) Languages: German (fluent is a must have), English (very good), French a plus Tasks: - Spearhead the D365FO WMS / Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation within the rollout stream - Configure, validate, and operationalize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) comprehensively - Assist the Finance team with initial configuration and integration tasks - Collaborate closely with the Project Lead (4 days/week) and coordinate with local and nearshore resources - Engage in hybrid workshops, functional deep dives, and onsite training sessions - Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and progress reporting - Prepare for and support the Go-Live in July 2026, including cutover and hypercare - Ensure comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and process handover Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Robust functional expertise in SCM, Logistics, Warehouse Management (WMS/EWM) - Demonstrated experience in D365FO WMS configuration and rollout - Solid understanding of Finance-related processes and Logistics–Finance integration - Practical experience in German-speaking implementations!! - Fluent German (mandatory)!! - Very good English; French is an advantage - Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis (10 days per month, travel expenses will be paid according to company travel policy) Updated: 1 day ago Job ID: 15257172 Sidekick Network GmbH & Co.
