About the Role

The manager will oversee a team responsible for outbound prospecting, ensuring alignment with sales goals and contributing to the development of efficient, repeatable sales practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics and KPIs
  • Optimize outreach processes for higher conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals
  • Train new team members on tools, messaging, and workflows
  • Implement feedback loops to improve team effectiveness
  • Manage daily operations of the SDR team
  • Ensure adherence to sales protocols and compliance standards
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Drive accountability for activity and quota attainment
  • Refine messaging based on market response
  • Scale successful outreach campaigns across verticals
  • Support the development of sales playbooks
  • Coordinate with leadership on resource needs
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Track industry trends impacting outbound sales
  • Evaluate tools and technologies for team efficiency
  • Foster collaboration between SDRs and account executives
