Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online messages from potential healthcare clients
- Assess leads against established criteria and direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members
- Set up meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Engage promptly with inbound prospects through timely follow-up actions
- Understand and clearly communicate the organization's healthcare-specific benefits and offerings
- Work closely with sales and marketing departments to refine lead quality and improve conversion outcomes
