About the Role
The Fertility Nurse will provide clinical support to patients pursuing fertility services, including treatment coordination, patient education, and ongoing care management, with a focus on delivering personalized, culturally sensitive care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients through fertility treatment journeys with personalized clinical guidance
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment progress
- Educate individuals on fertility procedures, medication protocols, and expected outcomes
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and reproductive specialists
- Respond to patient inquiries promptly and empathetically
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
- Support patients during pre- and post-treatment phases
- Provide counseling on lifestyle factors affecting fertility
- Administer medications and injections as directed
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report changes
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Assist in developing patient education materials
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards
