Responsibilities
- Provide detailed explanations of life insurance options to clients
- Assist individuals in evaluating coverage needs based on personal circumstances
- Support clients during policy enrollment and documentation processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance regulations
- Track client interactions and update records accurately
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to resolve application issues
- Educate clients on policy benefits, exclusions, and premium structures
- Help clients complete required forms and submit documentation
- Monitor policy status and communicate updates to clients
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth policy activation
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Participate in ongoing training related to product updates and compliance
