Huzzle's Client is hiring a Sales Development Representative to focus on driving sales of automotive performance products. You will be a key player in engaging customers and building the sales pipeline for car parts and aftermarket upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to promote automotive performance products.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable parts or upgrade options.
- Track and report performance against daily and weekly KPIs, including calls made, conversions, proposals sent, and revenue generated.
- Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and update client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to streamline the quoting and invoicing process.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of car parts, performance upgrades, and tuning trends.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in an outbound SDR or Inside Sales role.
- Strong communication skills—confident, engaging, and personable on calls.
- Comfortable working on structured sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Proficient with HubSpot, Shopify, and Aircall or similar CRM and dialer tools.
- Available to work in PST or EST time zones.
- A driven, motivated, and outgoing personality; we'll verify fit through a DISC assessment.
