Unknown Company is hiring a Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Remote

Longbridge Financial is looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this remote role, you will create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team by handling inbound and outbound calls about reverse mortgages.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
• Create interest in the reverse mortgage program.
• Qualify customers to meet program guidelines using a script.
• Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team.
• Create appointments for follow-up.
• Mail information packets to customers.
• Update the Sales CRM with notes for each transaction.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service background.
• Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product.
• Mortgage industry knowledge.
• Organized and performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
