SPAR Handels AG is hiring a Sales Associate (Verkäufer*in) for our SPAR Supermarkt in Herisau. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an attractive product presentation, efficient operations, and a positive shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Ensure an attractive product presentation and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Provide competent and committed customer advice based on sound product knowledge.
- Guarantee smooth daily processes and adherence to high hygiene and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, ideally with a focus on food/grocery.
- A strong service orientation and enjoyment of competent, friendly customer consultation.
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview during demanding or hectic situations.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including Saturdays and irregular shifts.
