Kellanova is looking for a Sales and Operations Execution Manager to act as a key connector across Commercial, Supply Chain, and European stakeholders. In this hybrid role based at our Belgium Head Office, you will ensure the S&OE process runs seamlessly to balance supply and demand, reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory, and enable data‑driven decisions that deliver outstanding customer service and business performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Execution process for the Benelux markets, working closely with the local Integrated Business Planning team.
- Act as a trusted partner across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and European Supply Chain teams to ensure plans are executable and risks are understood.
- Proactively identify supply versus demand risks and translate insights into preventive and mitigation plans to reduce penalties and Non‑Performing Inventory.
- Provide clear, timely visibility to the Benelux business on supply constraints, demand volatility, and execution risks using data, dashboards, and storytelling.
- Actively support and role‑model Kellanova’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda.
What We're Looking For
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- Strong ability to lead, influence, and inspire diverse stakeholders toward challenging and sometimes competing goals.
- Proven analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities, define clear action plans, and execute with impact.
- Experience working in Sales & Operations Execution, S&OP, supply chain planning, or operational roles within a complex, matrixed organization.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP/R3, APO, Excel, BI, or similar reporting and planning tools as a strong advantage.
