Responsibilities
- Conduct sales conversations focused on uncovering client needs with executives and operational leaders
- Identify organizational challenges, workflow gaps, and areas of underperformance
- Connect software capabilities to tangible, quantifiable business results
- Deliver customized product demonstrations that emphasize return on investment and process improvements
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision participants and build consensus
- Oversee end-to-end sales pipeline, including follow-ups, re-engaging dormant leads, and advancing deals
- Contribute to lead generation through proactive outreach, warm lead follow-up, and self-sourced prospects
- Ensure CRM records are updated with accurate details, next actions, and current deal status
- Meet or exceed benchmarks for sales activity, pipeline volume, and revenue achievement
- Work closely with internal departments to support seamless customer onboarding and success
