Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
Implement and monitor promotional activities
Point of buying materials placement and implementation
Report on activities
Ensure the sales force executes business development programs and actions aimed at achieving objectives
Responsible for all KPIs of the customer portfolio (Sell in, sell out, coverage, effectiveness, placement, brand tracking, channel development, perfect store, and displays)
Analyze the market and competition identifying growth opportunities and improvements in sales service
Monitor and control the distributor's logistics area
Train and monitor teams under their charge
Manage daily sales tracking reports and generate critical reports for decision-making
Negotiate with the distributor on monthly sales, purchase volumes, and indicators
Propose projects for changes in the Route to Market required for continued growth

Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
At least one year of experience in multinationals or companies in the traditional channel
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI
Demonstrated strategic skills, organization, communication skills, decision-making ability, negotiation experience with customers, good listening, credibility, trust, and team management skills
