Responsibilities

- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products
- Manage a pipeline of active leads and prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Provide feedback from customers to product and support teams
- Attend regional trade shows and industry events
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Coordinate product demonstrations as needed
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Develop account-specific strategies for high-value clients
- Follow up on customer onboarding progress
- Support marketing initiatives with field insights
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies
- Assist in forecasting regional sales performance
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
Work Arrangement
Hybrid with regular field work in the Mid-Atlantic region

Territory Details
- This position covers Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and parts of Pennsylvania
- Travel within the region is expected up to 50% of the time
Performance Metrics
- Sales targets are set quarterly and reviewed monthly
