The SaaS Account Manager at Tyk Technologies is responsible for owning and developing long-term relationships with customers, serving as the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts. The role focuses on ensuring customers realize ongoing value from Tyk's API Management platform in complex technical environments across various industries.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Serve as the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts
- Maintain strong partnerships with customers
- Ensure customers continue to realize value from the Tyk platform over time
- Understand customers' complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, platform, and leadership teams
- Connect customers with the right internal expertise within Tyk
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams
- Ensure customers receive necessary support and clarity
- Maintain ownership of the overall commercial relationship
