Avolta is seeking a dedicated Runner to manage the physical and clerical tasks in our Tampa Airport F&B warehouse. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager and is central to our supply chain operations.
What You'll Do
- Verify shipping records and the accuracy of packaging and labeling.
- Unpack received goods, inspect for damage, and confirm shipment accuracy.
- Work with materials’ transport companies to coordinate logistics.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers during receiving and processing.
- Comply with delivery schedules and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Execute the ticketing process according to Company standards.
- Accurately stock shipments and pull, prepare, and process daily orders.
- Review orders for accuracy and utilize computer systems to manage inventory.
- Identify damaged and expired products and implement product rotation.
- Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company.
- Assist in warehouse maintenance, upkeep of fixtures and equipment storage.
- Maintain bin locations and assist with the physical inventory process.
- Maintain HACCP charts and walk-in coolers and freezers where applicable.

- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, working within our warehouse team to support Tampa Airport F&B operations.
