Avolta is seeking a dedicated Runner to manage the physical and clerical tasks in our Tampa Airport F&B warehouse. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager and is central to our supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

Verify shipping records and the accuracy of packaging and labeling.
Unpack received goods, inspect for damage, and confirm shipment accuracy.
Work with materials’ transport companies to coordinate logistics.
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers during receiving and processing.
Comply with delivery schedules and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
Execute the ticketing process according to Company standards.
Accurately stock shipments and pull, prepare, and process daily orders.
Review orders for accuracy and utilize computer systems to manage inventory.
Identify damaged and expired products and implement product rotation.
Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company.
Assist in warehouse maintenance, upkeep of fixtures and equipment storage.
Maintain bin locations and assist with the physical inventory process.
Maintain HACCP charts and walk-in coolers and freezers where applicable.
