Job Description: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer passionate about technology and customer success to join our After Sales & Service team :🔧 Your responsibilities:✔ Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage). ✔ Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance. ✔ Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally. ✔ Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems. ✔ Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs). 🌍 Short international trips (Mon-Fri) Qualifications: ✅ Your profile:🎓 Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience. 🌐 English is mandatory. 💻 Skilled in MS Office & Teams, eager to learn custom software. 🤝 Customer-focused, team player, proactive mindset. 🪜 No fear of heights or vertigo Additional Information: 🚀What do we offer you?* You will work closely together with other Movu stars in an open and enthusiastic environment. * The necessary freedom and possibility to take initiative. * An intensive training by experienced people.
