Figure is looking for a Robot Service Technician to support the operation and maintenance of its humanoid robot fleet. You will apply your technical expertise and mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, working in close collaboration with engineering, build, validation, and fabrication teams.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the humanoid robot fleet
- Proficiently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-based issues
- Work closely with engineering, build, validation, and fabrication teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Develop tools and document diagnostic procedures for process improvement
- Travel occasionally to customer or development partner sites
- Follow assembly documentation
- Work under short timelines when needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working with complex systems
- Familiarity with computer-based tools such as CMD prompt, Google Suite, and in-house development GUIs
- Familiarity with electrical hardware diagnostic tools such as scopes, digital multimeters, and current probes
- Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read PCB and harness schematics
- Full system architecture diagnostic experience and organized diagnostic processes
- Ability to remove and replace mechanical components up to 50lbs
- A great attitude and excitement to face challenges

- Catia or CAD-based program experience
- Fabrication experience
- PCB rework experience
- DAQ system implementation experience
- Small brushless motor experience
- Knowledge of harmonic drives, clutches, or torque/force sensors
- Robotics experience
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Slack
- IPC 610, 620, or J-Std-001 certifications

Benefits & Compensation
