Rivos is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on hardware systems. This role is central to delivering technical expertise and support for our engineering platforms.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support and guidance for hardware platforms to internal teams and customers
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and system-level engineering challenges
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform design and performance
Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and demonstrations

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Field Application Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role
Deep understanding of hardware platform engineering and system architecture
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
