Join the Group is looking for a Risk & ESG Analyst to support our comprehensive risk management framework and contribute to the development of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This role is central to our responsible growth strategy, with responsibilities split 50% on Risk and 50% on ESG. You will join a solid, growing company in the energy sector, a listed multinational present in 9 countries.
What You'll Do
- Support analysis of client and project risk, including industrial and corporate risk.
- Prepare information for scoring, coverage, and financial guarantees like deposits, bonds, and PGC.
- Monitor risk incidents, consolidating clear information for decision-making.
- Support ESG Reporting under the CSRD / ESRS framework, including collecting information from subsidiaries and reviewing data consistency.
- Support the update of the Double Materiality Analysis and monitor ESG risks and impacts.
- Maintain and control information in SharePoint for ESG data audits.
- Support the preparation of roadmaps, KPIs, and monitoring for ESG initiatives.
- Support basic environmental topics: ISO 14001, best practices, and customer/supplier requests.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of related experience in risk, audit, consulting, ESG, sustainability, compliance, or reporting.
- Key knowledge in data analysis and information structuring, plus basic concepts of financial and operational risk.
Nice to Have
- A Master's or complementary training in Sustainability/ESG, Risk, or Non-Financial Regulation.
- Knowledge of environmental indicators.
