Gate is hiring a Risk Control Manager to manage risk control for our quantitative trading operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and mitigating risk across our trading activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee risk control systems and frameworks for quantitative trading
- Monitor and analyze trading activity to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with trading teams to ensure adherence to risk limits and guidelines
- Report on risk exposures and control effectiveness to relevant stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in risk management, specifically within quantitative trading or a related financial field
- Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading strategies
- Expertise in quantitative risk models, stress testing, and scenario analysis
- Ability to design and implement robust risk control frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the APAC region.
