About the Role

hey contact heroes GmbH is looking for a Risikocontroller (m/w/d) to join our team at our central Munich location. You will take on a broad and varied range of tasks focused on risk controlling and management, working closely with the CFO and Chief Risk Officer.

What You'll Do

  • Implement regulatory requirements for risk controlling.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and management of existing and potential risks.
  • Monitor risk-bearing capacity and equity requirements according to KAGB.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports on the risks of the AIFs and the company, including ad-hoc risk reporting.
  • Conduct the annual risk inventory.
  • Update guidelines, risk catalogs, and associated documentation.
  • Assume responsibility for compliance with DORA requirements in risk management.
  • Take responsibility for the outsourcing controlling of the functions ICT Risk Controller and ISB.
  • Assume the function of (deputy) emergency officer for the company.
  • Assist with audit activities by auditors and internal audit.
  • Implement projects, particularly those related to regulation.

What We're Looking For

  • A completed university degree in economics, (business) informatics, (business) law, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of practical professional experience in risk controlling or management at a capital management company, bank, securities institution, or auditing firm.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for risk management (MaRisk/KAMaRisk, DORA).
  • Experience in conceptual and project-based work.
  • Very good analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
  • MS Office skills, particularly good PowerPoint and very good Excel skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.

Team & Environment

You will work in close collaboration with the CFO and Chief Risk Officer, reporting directly to them.
