acadon AG is looking for an Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to serve as the central point of contact for customer communication. You will ensure a smooth exchange and solution-oriented collaboration with our development teams and consultants.
What You'll Do
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth exchange and solution-oriented collaboration with development teams and consultants.
- Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Take responsibility for change and release management, accompany roll-outs, and professionally steer test management.
- Contribute expertise in workshops and ensure knowledge transfer through clear, understandable documentation for the team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Inhouse-Consulting or a similar role.
- Interest or existing expertise in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Comfort working at the interface between IT and business to design smart solutions for customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with the ability to get to the point.
- Proficiency in English.
