About the Role

acadon AG is looking for an Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to serve as the central point of contact for customer communication. You will ensure a smooth exchange and solution-oriented collaboration with our development teams and consultants.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth exchange and solution-oriented collaboration with development teams and consultants.
  • Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Take responsibility for change and release management, accompany roll-outs, and professionally steer test management.
  • Contribute expertise in workshops and ensure knowledge transfer through clear, understandable documentation for the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Inhouse-Consulting or a similar role.
  • Interest or existing expertise in ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Comfort working at the interface between IT and business to design smart solutions for customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with the ability to get to the point.
  • Proficiency in English.
