About the Role

The role involves analyzing compensation data, supporting pay structure design, and ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies. The individual will collaborate with HR teams to provide insights that guide reward decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data to support pay structure development and maintenance
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
  • Maintain accurate job grading and leveling frameworks
  • Support the annual salary review process with data and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and tax requirements
  • Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation inquiries
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Track and interpret compensation trends across regions
  • Assist in designing incentive plans and bonus structures
  • Validate data integrity across HR and payroll systems
  • Support audits related to compensation practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
  • Contribute to system implementations involving rewards data
  • Standardize compensation processes across business units
  • Provide analytical support during organizational changes
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed pay adjustments
  • Ensure consistency in job evaluation methodologies
  • Assist in responding to external compensation surveys
  • Promote pay transparency within policy guidelines
  • Monitor internal equity across roles and locations

Nice to Have

  • Certification in compensation or HR (e.g., CCP, GRP)
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with European labor markets
  • Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors
  • Prior exposure to multinational reward frameworks
