Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data to support pay structure development and maintenance
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
- Maintain accurate job grading and leveling frameworks
- Support the annual salary review process with data and reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and tax requirements
- Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation inquiries
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Track and interpret compensation trends across regions
- Assist in designing incentive plans and bonus structures
- Validate data integrity across HR and payroll systems
- Support audits related to compensation practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
- Contribute to system implementations involving rewards data
- Standardize compensation processes across business units
- Provide analytical support during organizational changes
- Evaluate the impact of proposed pay adjustments
- Ensure consistency in job evaluation methodologies
- Assist in responding to external compensation surveys
- Promote pay transparency within policy guidelines
- Monitor internal equity across roles and locations
Nice to Have
- Certification in compensation or HR (e.g., CCP, GRP)
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors
- Familiarity with European labor markets
- Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors
