Essentia Health is hiring a Revenue Services Associate I to support revenue operations by handling complex work queues, analyzing data quality, and improving workflow efficiency. You will serve as a key resource and trainer for the team.
What You'll Do
- Provide second-level support for work queues and denials, including approving and denying tasks.
- Perform quality reviews of data and analyze workflows to improve department efficiencies.
- Serve as a first level of support to staff to resolve concerns and issues.
- Train new hires and guide them through onboarding checklists.
- Generate reports and audit activities for internal and vendor payor activities.
- Identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and provide resolutions.
- Participate in assigned projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of healthcare, revenue services, patient access, or related experience.
