Responsibilities
- Own the execution of core SalesOps processes such as lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management
- Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness → Commit stages
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity
- Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce for AE/xDR teams
- Optimize sales tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper & Gong to maximize efficiency
- Partner with Sales Ops leadership to execute forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales team
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
- Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to complete and deliver high quality results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
