Qualytics is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

Qualytics is looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager to architect and operate our revenue engine. As the inaugural dedicated RevOps hire, you will define how a data-focused company runs RevOps, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to build systems that drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own our GTM tech stack, with a strong focus on AI-native and automation-forward tools
  • Implement scalable workflows across marketing and sales to streamline handoffs, routing, tracking, and conversion
  • Develop and maintain reporting for pipeline health, attribution, conversion metrics, forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Enable visibility into the full revenue funnel for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools that improve prospecting, segmentation, scoring, data enrichment, and campaign optimization
  • Ensure high-quality CRM data and operational hygiene
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the GTM engine and proactively recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in RevOps at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience selling to enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and managing AI-powered tools to improve efficiencies
  • A strong grasp of revenue funnel mechanics, attribution modeling, and forecasting
  • Excellent data skills, with the ability to pull insights that lead to better decisions
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with Finance and GTM teams
