About the Role

This role is responsible for equipping sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to drive consistent revenue growth. The person will work cross-functionally to develop onboarding programs, optimize sales methodologies, and ensure enablement content is current and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop onboarding curricula for new sales hires to accelerate ramp time
  • Create ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and design solutions
  • Maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials
  • Deliver live and digital training sessions to global sales teams
  • Track and report on key enablement metrics such as engagement and performance lift
  • Work with product teams to ensure timely communication of product updates
  • Standardize sales processes and best practices across regions
  • Evaluate and deploy sales enablement technology tools
  • Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve content relevance
  • Align messaging frameworks with go-to-market strategy
  • Support certification programs for sales competencies
  • Partner with marketing to refine value proposition materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
  • Manage external vendors for content development or platform support
  • Lead quarterly enablement planning cycles
  • Translate complex product features into customer-centric sales narratives
  • Drive adoption of CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Coordinate global rollouts of new sales initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends to inform enablement strategy updates
