About the Role
This role is responsible for equipping sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to drive consistent revenue growth. The person will work cross-functionally to develop onboarding programs, optimize sales methodologies, and ensure enablement content is current and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Develop onboarding curricula for new sales hires to accelerate ramp time
- Create ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and design solutions
- Maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement materials
- Deliver live and digital training sessions to global sales teams
- Track and report on key enablement metrics such as engagement and performance lift
- Work with product teams to ensure timely communication of product updates
- Standardize sales processes and best practices across regions
- Evaluate and deploy sales enablement technology tools
- Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve content relevance
- Align messaging frameworks with go-to-market strategy
- Support certification programs for sales competencies
- Partner with marketing to refine value proposition materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Manage external vendors for content development or platform support
- Lead quarterly enablement planning cycles
- Translate complex product features into customer-centric sales narratives
- Drive adoption of CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Coordinate global rollouts of new sales initiatives
- Monitor industry trends to inform enablement strategy updates
