Munson Healthcare is looking for a Rev Cycle - Registration/Scheduling Systems Analyst to ensure our core scheduling and registration systems operate correctly and support our workflows. In this role, you'll maintain the systems our teams use daily, directly impacting patient access and care delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support systems used every day for scheduling and registration workflows
- Handle day-to-day system maintenance and issue resolution to ensure reliability, efficiency, and a positive user experience
- Participate in or support full-cycle project implementations, from build and testing through go-live
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IS, business, or healthcare) OR Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience (IS/Business/Healthcare) OR High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in Information Systems (IS) and in healthcare
- Cerner or Oracle experience in at least one of the following areas: Acute scheduling, Acute registration, Ambulatory registration and scheduling
- Experience participating in or supporting full-cycle project implementations, from build and testing through go-live
- Ability to handle day-to-day system maintenance and issue resolution
