Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and workflow execution
- Supervise and guide team members during shifts
- Ensure consistent customer service quality and brand standards
- Assist in training new employees on procedures and systems
- Monitor sales performance and support team goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee cash handling and register accuracy
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management
- Report operational issues and recommend improvements
- Enforce safety and loss prevention protocols
- Open and close the store according to procedures
- Assist in scheduling team shifts as needed
- Promote product knowledge among staff
- Support marketing and promotional events in-store
- Track timekeeping and payroll data for team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to customer feedback and escalate when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and backstock
- Assist in receiving and processing shipments
