Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks or concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations
- Coordinate with support, product, and fulfillment teams to resolve client issues
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic account reviews
- Collaborate on onboarding plans for new clients within the portfolio
- Track client feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments
- Support contract renewals and negotiate terms in alignment with business goals
- Stay informed about industry trends impacting client operations and needs
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on service and delivery
- Contribute to the development of client-specific strategies and success plans
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account developments
- Drive adoption of new products or services within existing accounts
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow resolution progress
- Align account goals with company offerings to maximize value delivery
- Support the implementation of client projects when necessary
