Company is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Associate (Customer Operations) to join the team at our Charlotte Prem Outlet. In this role, you will be an integral part of bringing the brand to life, building customer loyalty, and contributing to a positive store environment.

What You'll Do

Engage customers, provide excellent service, and use product expertise to educate and wardrobe clients.
Drive sales and service through suggestive selling and promoting customer loyalty programs.
Enhance the customer experience by utilizing all omnichannel offerings.
Support the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
Handle all customer interactions, including potential issues and returns, courteously and professionally.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
Be accountable for personal goals that contribute to overall store results.
