Snabbgross (Axfood) is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant for a summer substitute position at City Gross. You will focus on creating an excellent customer experience through various tasks in the store, particularly within the bakery department. This role offers 20-35 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
- Work with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
- Handle customer orders, restocking goods, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
- Contribute to offering customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where it's needed!
What We're Looking For
- Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing.
- Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
- Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
- Are curious, solution-oriented, sees when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
Nice to Have
- Have a strong interest in food and selling goods.
- Have previous experience working in a store.
- Master more languages than Swedish.
