[Project Management] Strategically plan timelines and coordination between retailers, small vendors, and headquarters 2. [Retailer Engagement] Dive deep into store sales data to pinpoint low-performing KPIs and proactively develop collaborative improvement strategies 3. [Retail Mapping] Execute detailed mapping to identify retailers with the highest potential for maximum profit generation 4. [SKU Optimization] Analyze and determine the most suitable product mix for each store based on unique retail landscape and store characteristics 5.
