Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. In this role, you will lead other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may assist with training, scheduling, and payroll, playing a significant role in overall outlet performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide hands-on assistance as needed.
- Oversee the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Ensure adherence to hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws.
- Maintain compliance with state food handling and liquor laws.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and offerings.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and private functions.

- Must have a flexible schedule – willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- High energy, an entrepreneurial mindset, motivational leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
