MOD Pizza is looking for a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our Restaurants Leadership team. You will direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing, personalized pizzas and salads to our guests. Your role is to set the example of what it means to serve and to create a platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.
What You'll Do
- Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
- Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
- Coach team members to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
- Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
- Partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
- Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Compensation: $17.64/hour when combining an hourly wage of $13.25 and average tips of $4.39/hour earned at this location.
