About the Role

Eva Travel is looking for a Freelance Product Development & Textile Production Manager to structure and advance the entire product lifecycle for our textile brand. You will be a deeply involved, practical, and autonomous contributor, understanding ground realities and making things happen while building a brand focused on desirable, well-executed pieces made to last.

What You'll Do

  • Accompany product development from A to Z
  • Communicate with factories and suppliers, particularly in Portugal
  • Source and manage raw materials, components, prototypes, and adjustments
  • Negotiate prices, conditions, and minimum order quantities
  • Understand technical limitations related to products and production
  • Monitor orders, timings, and priorities
  • Manage stock and operational coordination
  • Use Excel to pilot production, stock, and product tracking
  • Participate in structuring the product range and launching new products
  • Help build a more fluid, reliable, and efficient organization

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Experience with factories in Portugal or internationally
  • Good understanding of textile product development
  • Ability to negotiate intelligently
  • Good command of Excel
  • Experience in stock management, production monitoring, and operational coordination
  • Good understanding of textile materials, especially for sport-related products

Nice to Have

  • Experience in swimwear is a plus
  • English language skills are valued
