Sam's Club is hiring a RESOLUTION SPECIALIST, CONTACT CENTER – Social Community Manager-1

About the Role

At Sam's Club, we are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join our Contact Center team. In this role, you will use your voice to deepen relationships with our members and help shape how our brand shows up in culture. You will split your time between owning community management across our social platforms and creating social-first content.

What You'll Do

  • Engage daily with members and prospects across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Write on-brand, timely, and authentic responses that make people feel seen.
  • Support social listening and real-time monitoring to identify moments that matter.
  • Create response libraries for campaigns, FAQs, and trending topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and respond to emerging member issues.
  • Surface community insights and social trends to help inspire future content.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
  • Participate in brainstorms and pitch culturally relevant ideas for social.
  • Help bring our “Expect Something Special” mindset to life through creative storytelling.
  • Source and feature UGC and community-driven stories across our channels.
  • Maintain asset libraries and organize content for reporting and re-use.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months’ experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related area.
  • 1 year’s experience with basic computer processing and data entry software.

Nice to Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or content creation.
  • Experience with social media publishing and moderation tools like Sprinklr or Sprout.
  • Strong understanding of platform nuances and content best practices.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

  • The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00.
