The Resident Pharmacist plays a central role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of prescription and medication order processing. You will manage dispensing operations, conduct thorough medication reviews, and provide patient consultations in line with Dutch legal standards, while working closely with pharmacists based in Germany.
What You'll Do
You will ensure the seamless execution of digital prescription workflows and contribute to refining internal processes for greater accuracy and speed. This includes supporting customer care teams in handling prescription-related inquiries, improving protocols for medication checks, and helping meet key performance indicators related to order fulfillment times, cost efficiency, and growth targets. You will also coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and supply chain partners to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Pharmacy from an accredited German or Dutch university
- At least four years of professional experience as a pharmacist, including training completed during your degree
- Full professional fluency in English
