Particula is looking for a Research Analyst with deep financial industry experience to support the development and optimization of our rating and monitoring platform for digital assets. You will be instrumental in taking our ratings to the next level within a values-based startup culture and a team of 11-50 people.

What You'll Do

Aggregate and analyze data to derive meaningful insights and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our information.
Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including concept development, data analysis, and clear presentation of results.
Coordinate internal requirements with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
Ensure all research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes while staying ahead of industry best practices.
Enhance our holistic rating framework by ensuring metric accuracy and relevance through analysis of digital asset market conditions and trends.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in the financial sector, with a focus on credit ratings (more than 3 years).
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenized assets.
Knowledge of data analytics and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
Strong analytical skills to develop strategic plans based on market research and data insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new market trends and technological advances.
