Allstate Insurance Co. is looking for a Represented Moderate/Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury where attorney representation or litigation is involved. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing excellent customer service and negotiating settlements.
What You'll Do
- Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages.
- Provide exceptional customer service through voice calls, email, and text messages.
- Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved.
- Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage.
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants.
- Utilize multiple tools, including estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the claims system.
What We're Looking For
- Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience.
- Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
- As a condition of employment, may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license within 60 days of hire.
Nice to Have
- Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC bodily injury claims experience.
- 3+ years of moderate/complex bodily injury claim handling experience.
- Prior litigation claims experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
