About the Role

Clario's Customer Care team is instrumental in delivering exceptional support to clients and patients, ensuring prompt, compassionate, and technically proficient assistance. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for addressing equipment and transmission challenges, managing resupply and documentation requests, and facilitating smooth interactions across clinical technology platforms. Your contributions directly impact the acceleration of clinical trials and global patient care improvements. What We Offer - Competitive financial compensation - Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) - Adaptable and compensated leave policies - Flexible work arrangements (remote and hybrid options) - Comprehensive employee wellness and support programs What You'll Be Doing - Deliver primary customer support through multiple communication channels for designated product lines (Cardiac Safety, Respiratory, ePRO) - Diagnose and resolve transmission and equipment operational challenges, escalating unresolved cases to specialized teams - Efficiently process resupply and documentation requests with precision - Capture demographic and visit information for incoming communications and resolve pending issues within 24-hour timeframe - Ensure database integrity for client, site, and patient records - Track and address fax transmission failures, guaranteeing timely information delivery - Provide equipment configuration guidance and technical support, escalating complex scenarios as necessary - Identify and communicate clinical anomalies and system performance issues to relevant stakeholders - Facilitate query resolution and documentation support within clinical applications - Coordinate with distributed teams to deliver technical expertise and service recommendations What We Look For - Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent collegiate degree - Minimum 6 months call center or help desk experience; 2 years IT support background preferred - Advanced technical understanding and robust troubleshooting capabilities - Demonstrated customer service excellence, particularly in high-stress environments - Capacity for autonomous work and proactive problem-solving - English language fluency; multilingual skills (Japanese, Spanish, French) highly advantageous - Superior written and verbal communication proficiencies - Geographic proximity to or ability to work from Lagunillas, Heredia (hybrid model) - Background in pharmaceutical, clinical, or medical device sectors preferred - Proficient Microsoft Office application skills At Clario, our mission revolves around transforming lives by revealing superior evidence.
