About the Role

Join Wiz.io as a Renewal Manager, East, where you will drive the renewal strategy for our commercial customers. You will play a key role in securing contract renewals and achieving quarterly retention and growth goals by partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Do

  • Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days in advance of renewal due dates
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals for retention, growth, and term extension
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive the appropriate renewal strategy
  • Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within your assigned book
  • Manage the renewal process for multiple commercial customers concurrently
  • Escalate customer concerns when appropriate to help resolve issues
  • Identify 'at-risk' renewal clients before their renewal date and escalate to the appropriate team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel and alliance partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Deals Desk as applicable
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly collaborative with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
  • A proven track record of success and over-achievement of renewal quota
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Experience in a SaaS revenue organization: Sales, CSM, or prior renewals team
  • Familiarity with systems: Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero
  • Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes per Wiz rules of engagement
  • Candidates must be located in the Eastern United States
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship
