Sperasoft is looking for a Rendering Developer to develop and optimize rendering components for PC and console games using Unreal Engine. You will participate in the full development cycle from prototypes to release, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, artists, and QA teams.

What You'll Do

Modify existing and implement new Unreal Engine rendering components for PC and consoles.
Optimize rendering code for performance across platforms.
Create clean, efficient, and robust code.
Participate in the full development cycle of games from basic prototypes through release.
Collaborate with other engineers, game designers, artists, and QA.

What We're Looking For

Good understanding of the rendering pipeline.
Strong knowledge of C++.
Experience with Unreal Engine and its rendering architecture.
Experience with Nanite, Lumen, and VSM, and good understanding of their principle of operation.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with modern graphics APIs (D3D12, Vulkan).
Knowledge of profilers and debuggers for various platforms (PIX, Unreal Insight, RenderDoc, etc.).
Good math skills (linear algebra, vector math).
Degree in Computer Science and/or Mathematics or equivalent work experience.
Experience in working with large code base projects (2+ years).
Self-motivated person with excellent problem-solving skills.
Written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of modern GPU architectures.
Experience with console development.
