In this role, you will connect with drivers to prepare their applications while our back-office team handles qualification and submission. What You'll Do
- Call drivers and prepare their applications for submission.
- Utilize a provided Applicant Tracking System with Driver/Job Quick Match capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required. New recruiters must complete a course for immediate hire.
- A strong personality with the proven ability to build relationships.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience or general knowledge in Trucking, Transportation, or Logistics.
