EX Squared is looking for a Remote UI/UX Designer to craft user-centered digital products. You will join our team to define visual direction and improve the end-to-end user journey.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and shipping digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design process and visual design skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will be expected to work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
