EX Squared is looking for a Remote Interaction Designer to craft user-centered digital products. You'll translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, functional, and engaging experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Create and maintain design systems and interaction pattern libraries
- Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and team members
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional interaction design or UX design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating your process for solving complex interaction problems
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
