EX Squared is seeking a Remote Experience Designer for a full-time position. You will join our team focused on creating intuitive and impactful digital products.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products and services
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing digital experiences
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale clearly
- Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment
